Community Sponsorship Opportunities

We offer sponsorship opportunities to fit all budgets

We deliver a number of popular and well attended community events throughout the year.

By sponsoring a local event, it gives your business a unique opportunity to support the local community and enhance the offer at events, whilst providing positive brand exposure for your business.

If you are interested in becoming a Fareham Borough Council community event partner, but you are not able to sponsor, please be aware that we are also interested in hearing from businesses who would like to donate their services at our events.

To help us run successful and safe events we need to supply elements such as barriers, toilets, lighting and printing. We would be interested to hear from businesses who would like to donate these services or could provide them at a reduced rate, in exchange for brand promotion in the lead up to and at the event. Please get in touch if you would like further information or wish to discuss further.

This free, family friendly event is the largest event in the town centre and attracts thousands of people every year.

With market stalls, fun fair rides, festive food and drink, street and stage performers and exciting activities for children, it is the ideal opportunity to gain prime visibility for your business.

This is a popular free event where families can meet their local emergency service heroes and learn about what they do. The Police, Fire service, Ambulance Service, Coastguard, RNLI, Search and Rescue teams and lots more all attend, as well as retired emergency vehicles and American police cars.

Fareham’s Big Weekend

July

New for 2025! Partner organisations and businesses across Fareham will be coming together to put on a huge variety of events and activities to showcase just how much the town has to offer.

Across multiple locations in Fareham there will be a range of activities including funfair rides, food and drink stalls, indoor market, free children’s activities, music and dancing, street performers, cricket matches, lawn games and more to be announced soon!

Play Day

A great event for children with a range of woodland themed activities at Holly Hill Woodland Park. Families are invited to bring along a picnic, while children take part in activities such as den-building, music workshops and making a bird feeder.

Bygone Fareham

This free annual event showcases a variety of classic cars for visitors to admire. Regular attendees include South Hants Vehicle Preservation Society, Morris Minors Owners Club, Original Minis Group 59-00 and Solent Mini Club, along with many independent car owners. The event features singing and dancing performances, activities for children, and a pop-up vintage artisan market.
