Children’s activities on our patch

We love kidding around!

We can’t believe how lucky we are to have so much to keep kids entertained on our patch – whether it’s soft play, swimming, exploring or even imaginative role play, there’s sure to be something your little ones will love.

A whole lot of leisure

There’s so much to do at Fareham Leisure Centre – why not take on the Top Rock climbing wall? Perfect for the whole family, this clip and climb facility offers 20 routes, each with its own challenges.

The centre also has a new indoor splash pad, and there’s a soft play area too, perfect for children aged up to 12 and entry is free for babies aged under one.

Holly Hill Leisure Centre also has two swimming pools with award-winning swimming lessons.

With safe play sessions for children from birth up to 8-years-old, the cafe’s fun miniature playrooms include a doctor’s surgery and a construction site. There’s also a sensory room and baby space, and children can paint and craft in the café’s potting shed.

Outdoor play

Visit Titchfield Abbey for a great game of hide and seek in the ruins, and then walk to Stewarts Abbey Garden Centre for a fishy adventure feeding the koi carp.

In Warsash, children will love getting back to nature with a self-guided walk around Warsash Common. The walk includes the tree trail and poetry path, designed to give people of all ages the chance to enjoy this unique site while learning about 12 of our native trees and enjoying poems by local pupils and residents. This walk is approximately 1.5km and all the paths are flat, so it’s great for buggies and bikes.
