Linking Fareham Live to our Town Centre

We’re excited to announce that a direct route from West Street to Fareham Live is now officially open. Each evening until 11.30pm, a ‘path of light’ will be illuminated from Market Quay car park, through Fareham Shopping Centre and up to Fareham Live – featuring various lighting installations and signage to show the way. Theatre themed hoardings have been designed to keep the side malls of the Shopping Centre secure, while also adding to the ambiance and providing selfie spots! A hub of activity

Fareham Live is more than just a building, it is a vibrant and inclusive community space, designed to bring people together, right in the heart of Fareham town centre. As well as the main auditorium, there’s a secondary performance space, new bar and café area, a dance studio and space for community groups and organisations. The café has already become a bustling hub of activity during the day and is well worth a visit for lunch or for the grab and go options before the performances!

Wave of Thanks artwork

A Wave of Thanks

Our stunning ‘Wave of Thanks’ artwork was unveiled by the Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Pal Hayre, at a glittering gala event at Fareham Live last week. Inscribed with the names of Fareham Live’s founding sponsors, the soundwave design made up of coloured bars depicts the audio and visual spectacle that theatre provides.

Sponsors and their guests were treated to a gala dinner following the official unveiling, and the artwork will now remain in Fareham Live’s foyer for the life of the venue.
