The newest spot from one of our lovely locals with outside tables and canopies, shade from large trees and the backdrop of yachts on the river, Banana Wharf at Warsash is a gem. 

The dog-friendly restaurant and bar sits on the east bank of the Hamble River, at Universal Marina, with access to easy, scenic walks to work up an appetite, whatever the weather. 

Outside is dotted with cosy sofas, strings of golden lighting, massive roaring firepits, and intimate tables for everything al fresco. Inside the vibe is informal, modern and relaxed – much like the food. 

We often go as a group as there’s lots of choice on the menu to accommodate everyone from Great Grandma to little ones. There are hand stretched sourdough pizzas, salads, pasta, ribs, Asian, fish, fajitas, steaks, burgers and the best Nachos you will ever try.
