We’ve rounded up the best local activities on our patch to give you some inspiration for fun things to hunt out over the Easter holidays.
Easter egg hunt, The Stubbington Ark, various dates in April
Head to the Ark for an Easter treat. You’ll be able to take part in an Easter egg hunt quiz, hunting out rabbit and chick themed questions to be in with a chance of winning an Easter hamper.
Visitors can also enjoy treats from the Chari-Tea trailer, an Easter holiday car boot sale and, if the weather holds up, the bouncy castle and pony cycles.
Visit from April 3-5, and April 10-12, from 11am until 3pm. Egg hunt entry costs £1.

Free egg hunt and meet the giant Easter Bunny
Head to Fareham Shopping Centre to meet the giant Easter Bunny, embark on the Easter hunt around the centre with your trench coat and magnifying glass to see what Easter eggs you can find. Then it’s time to get creative and decorate your own Easter egg to take home.
The hunts will be departing from Osborn Square at 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm, with each hunt expected to last approximately 30 minutes

Easter Monday fun, Silversprings, Titchfield, April 1
There will be fun for all the family this Easter Monday, as Titchfield Christmas Barn does Easter at Silversprings Garden Centre.
There will be craft stalls, an Easter egg hunt, skittles, craft demonstrations, badge making, face painting, hair braiding and more!
The event runs from 9am until 1pm. April 1.
Chloe’s Crafty Kids at Portchester Community Centre, Westlands Grove, April 11
Get crafty this Easter with Chloe’s Crafty Kids.
Suitable for ages 3 and over, two hour-long craft sessions will run between 9.45am and 11.45am with all craft materials supplied.
Tickets cost £5 per child.

Easter fun day, Solent airport, April 3, 11am – 4pm.
The Easter Bunny is back at Solent Airport, so make sure you hop along for some Easter treats!
There will be lots of fun children’s activities as well as opportunities for keen aviators to learn about marshalling signals and the phonetic alphabet.
Future firefighters will love the chance to try on some fire kit and jump in the fire vehicles.
The fun day will be held in support of Charlie’s Beach Hut charity.
