Anxiety and Worries Workshop – Fareham
Tuesday 10th October 2023
The session is for any parent carer in Hampshire, who wants to understand how to support a young person with anxiety.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a warm beverage and a biscuit, by a friendly face from the Hampshire Parent Carer Network. There will also be a talk from a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAHMS) professional – followed by the chance to ask questions.
It is a great opportunity to meet other people who are facing similar challenges and experiences.
The event will be running from 10:15am to 12:15pm, at Lysses House Hotel.
