Walks to dig your heels into this New Year

Many of us set goals in the New Year – often related to health and fitness. It may be to join a new gym, take part in fitness classes or, it could simply be to enjoy the outside space around us.

We think, why not start by getting your steps in and run, walk, or jog – it’s the cheapest form of exercise!

We have such a wide range of walks on our patch (dog friendly, too) that hitting your resolutions will be a breeze – all while enjoying the sights of the areas in our borough.

Please don’t forget to pick up your dog poo and take it home with you – or, dispose of it responsibly.
